Thank you for choosing USA Californian. We take immense pride in our premium lifestyle products and dedication to quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue through a fair and transparent return and refund process.
1. The Return Window
We offer a strict 7-day return policy. This means you have exactly 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a formal return. Any requests made after this 7-day period has elapsed will unfortunately not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
2. General Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To ensure a successful return process, your item must be returned in the exact condition that it was delivered. It must meet all the following strict criteria:
- The product must be completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered in any manner.
- The item must have all original product tags, labels, and security seals intact and securely attached.
- The product must be in its original brand packaging (box, plastic wraps, dust bags, etc.).
- You must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or official proof of purchase generated from our website.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect all products thoroughly before dispatch. However, if your order is damaged during transit, arrives defective, or contains the wrong item, please take immediate action:
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- Contact our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
- Please share clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect product along with your order ID.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. The Refund Process & Timelines
Once your returned item is received at our facility, it will undergo a formal quality assessment check by our team.
- Approval Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the product.
- Refund Execution: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The amount will be credited automatically back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution or card issuer may require additional days to post the credit to your account.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), USA Californian will cover all return shipping fees.
- For returns based on change of mind, size preferences, or personal taste, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. International Returns (Outside India / USA)
For global customers located outside major domestic shipping networks, please note that international shipments may be subject to custom clearances, local import duties, and taxes. Return shipping for international orders must be arranged by the customer via a reliable courier service with active tracking enabled.
