Whether you are ordering domestically within India or from international locations across the globe, our logistics network is designed to ensure a seamless delivery experience. 


By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping and Delivery Policy.


1. Order Processing and Handling Time

- All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Standard fulfillment takes 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and regional or national public holidays) to prepare, pack, and verify your order.

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

- You will receive a automated tracking confirmation email once your package has been formally handed over to our shipping carriers.


2. Domestic Shipping (India Target)

We offer extensive delivery coverage across India, partnering with premium domestic courier networks to ensure timely transit.

- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days following the processing period.

- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities (State Capitals, Major Tier-2 Hubs): Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

- Regional & Rural Areas (including interior districts and remote zones): Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

- Domestic Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at the time of checkout based on package weight, volume, and destination pincode. Eligible promotional orders may qualify for free shipping within India as indicated on the storefront banner.


3. International Shipping (World Target & USA Focus)

For our global customers, including those in the United States, California, and standard international shipping zones, we provide fully compliant international transit.

- United States & California Target Zones: Estimated delivery within 7 to 12 business days via global express delivery networks.

- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 10 to 15 business days depending on the destination country and proximity to major international transit hubs.

- Import Duties, Customs, and Taxes: International shipments cross global boundaries and are subject to customs clearance procedures. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. USA Californian is not responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


4. Comprehensive Tracking Mechanism

- Transparency is central to our service. Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct verification link will be issued to your registered email address.

- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and become fully visible on the carrier’s online portal.


5. Delivery Anomalies, Missing Deliveries, and Damaged Shipments

- Inaccurate Address Details: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the complete shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered accurately at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address inputs.

- Delivery Delays: While we and our courier partners strive to meet all estimated timelines, unexpected delays due to customs inspections, severe weather anomalies, or administrative disruptions may occur.

- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives with visible physical damage, please document it immediately with photographs or a short video and notify our support desk within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
